The End Game

Recently I discovered this article called "Conquering the Drawbacks of Democracy" by Philip Atkinson. It was posted on familysecuritymatters.org, website run by a think tank whose board of advisors is mostly culled from another think tank called the Center for Security Policy. That think tank's advisory board includes former high-level national security agents, including a former CIA director, lots of Defense Department Officials and weapons contractors, and at one point even included Dick Cheney. Donald Rumsfeld was given an award by this organization. Other members include former CEO's of media corporations like Viacom, former military commanders, scientists from Sandia Laboratory (where our nuclear weapons are developed), former congressmen, etc. etc. A very powerful and influential institution.

This article, which I will link to shortly, is not a hoax. I've spent the last few hours researching this. Although the article can no longer be found on the familysecuritymatters.org website (they scrubbed it when they realized the implications on public relations), I promise that I did read this on the original website, before they wisely removed it.

I will not provide any editorial content whatsoever regarding this article. I simply ask you to read it for yourself and realize that this is the kind of thing which some VERY powerful people are discussing openly.

Here it is, courtesy of digby's blog: Conquering the Drawbacks of Democracy
